Returns & Refunds Policy

I want you to be happy with your artwork. If for any reason you’re not, here’s how returns and refunds are handled.

Standard Items – 14-Day Return Period

If you purchased a ready-made piece (not customised), you have the right to cancel and return it within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • You must notify me in writing (via email) that you’d like to return the item.

  • Once confirmed, you have 14 days to return the item in its original condition and packaging.

  • You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

  • I recommend using a tracked service for your peace of mind.

Refunds

Once I receive the returned item in good condition:

  • I’ll process your refund within 14 days.

  • The refund will cover the item cost and standard delivery charges only (if you paid extra for next-day delivery, that won’t be refunded).

  • If return shipping was arranged by me, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Custom or Commissioned Pieces

Due to the nature of custom work, returns and refunds are not accepted for bespoke commissions—unless the item arrives damaged or faulty. I’ll always do my best to work with you during the process to ensure you're happy with the final result.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or not as described:

  • Please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

  • I’ll offer a full refund, replacement, or repair.

  • In this case, I will cover all return and re-delivery shipping costs.
